Ski Kids Class (5-12yrs)

Learn to ski in a fun and encouraging environment with fellow budding skiers! Our instructors will teach your kids the basics of skiing and instill strong fundamentals through a series of engaging drills and challenges.

This class will be conducted on our snowpark area (not ski simulator) to enable a gentler introduction to the sport.

Your kids will learn the fundamentals skills required in skiing, and to ensure they feel assured & prepared when they head to the mountains

What you will learn:

• Mountain rules and key safety information
• Learn how to put on skis & boots by yourselves and be ready for the mountains
• Learn how to slide down beginner slopes, change direction and stop safely
• Understand correct body coordination and skills to move both on heel side and toe side movements
• Ski techniques such as Basic Ski Stance, Straight Run, Wedge &Wedge turns

What we suggest you wear:

Sleeved Tops, Long Pants and Long Socks that you’re comfortable to move around in - don’t recommend jeans or yoga-wear.

Important to note:

• Minimum age is 5yrs
• This class is a ski only class
• Parent/guardian to be present for kids under 15 years of age
