Snowboard - Intermediate Class (Off-Peak)

Aced your heel-side and toe-side control?

You're ready to start making turns down the mountain and here's where snowboarding starts to really get fun.

We will teach you all you need to know about techniques to turn on your snowboard and how to create smooth S-shaped turns down the slopes.

What you will learn:

• Theory of the Turn (Heel to toe & Toe to heel turns)
• How to change edge with proper timing & control
• Initiate your turns confidently & effectively
• Advanced techniques to smoothen out your turns with

Prerequisites:

• Comfortable navigating in all directions ( 'figure of 8') on both heel-side & toe-side.

What we suggest you wear:

T Shirt, Long Pants and Long Socks that you’re comfortable to move around in - don’t recommend jeans or yoga-wear.

IMPORTANT:

• Our classes operate on a rotation system. Each round will have 3 participants, with each person using the simulator for approximately 7-10 minutes before switching with the next group. On average, each participant will spend around 30 minutes on the simulator during the class.
• Age requirement: This class is for ages 11 and above. For kids aged 5-10, look for our Kids classes!
• This class is taught at our Snow simulators. Flooring is a moving carpet similar to astroturf.
• Alcohol consumption is not recommended before the session
