Our Beginner Class helps you build a solid foundation; master essentials, improve balance, and gain confidence with expert guidance!

(as long as you meet some requirements!)

The minimum height and weight to use the machines are as follows:

1.2M, 30KG, AND must be 8 years and above

You will need to be 15 years old and above in order to create an account, make purchases and attend sessions on your own. All those under 18 years old will require a parent/ legal guardian to sign a waiver form before booking or attending any sessions.
