Yes! Pets are welcome in all outdoor areas.

No prior experience is needed. If it’s your first time riding with us, you’ll be required to attend our Surf Orientation Class before joining other sessions. Refer to our First-Timer Guide to find the right Orientation Class for you.

Off-Peak Hours:

Weekdays: 10AM – 5PM

Peak Hours:

Weekdays: 5PM-10PM,

Weekends: 10AM – 10 PM & Public Holidays

The final off-peak session on weekdays begins at 4pm. Please note that off-peak hours do not apply on public holidays.

All classes and open sessions run for 1 hour, with the exception of the 45-minute Surf Orientation Class.

Our schedule is released on a rolling two-week basis, with bookings available up to two weeks in advance.

Bookings close 45 minutes before the start of each session. After this time, the session will no longer be available for booking. Please note that any sessions without bookings will be removed 45 minutes prior to start time.

If minimum attendance is not met, the class will be cancelled and the session will be refunded to your account. Our crew will also be happy to help reschedule you to the next available session.

Membership upgrades and downgrades can only be made at the end of your current membership cycle and will take effect from the start of your next cycle.

No. Memberships are strictly for individual use and cannot be transferred or shared.

Unused sessions cannot be carried forward to the next membership cycle and will expire at the end of the current membership term.

Yes, your Membership or Social Pack can be used for any classes or open session part of the Surf and Ocean Prep Curriculum.

No. Memberships and Social Packs cannot be extended beyond their original term.

You may purchase a 3-Month Membership online with a one-time payment. Monthly recurring payment plans for 3-Month Memberships are available exclusively through our Concierge Desk.

Memberships and Social Packs are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.

No. Member rates for additional Peak and Off-Peak drop-in classes are only available while your membership is active.

Bring-a-Friend Guest Passes are issued at the start of each month and are valid for that month only. Unused passes cannot be carried forward to subsequent months. Passes are non-transferable and are only valid for Surf Orientation Classes. These passes are also non-convertible to any other classes.

Active members are entitled to one complimentary surf session during their birthday month. The session may be redeemed for any class or open session and must be used within the birthday month while the membership is active. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward, exchanged for cash, or converted into credit.

Members on the Off-Peak Core, All-Day Casual, and All-Day Core tiers with a 3-month plan may request to pause their membership for up to one month with any reason. Membership pauses can only begin at the start of a membership cycle. For example, if you purchase a 3-Month Membership, you may choose to pause one of the three monthly cycles and resume your remaining membership term the following month. Requests to pause a membership for more than one month require a valid reason and are subject to approval by the TSC team.

If your membership is paused for more than one month but less than six months, any Founding Membership/ Membership privileges associated with your tier will be retained and reinstated when you resume your membership.

If your membership is paused for more than six months, the remaining unused value of your membership will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Upon returning, you will no longer be entitled to your previous membership tier benefits, including any Founding Membership privileges. A new membership purchase will be required to enjoy the benefits and perks available at that time.

Yes, you may use your own boards at our club. Note: Only surfboards lengths 5’6 and below are recommended on our waves. TSC is not liable for any damages to personal boards.

Yes. We require at least one parent or guardian to be present for the safety briefing before the session begins and to remain on-site throughout the session. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their child before, during, and after the session. TSC and its representatives will not be liable for any injuries or incidents that occur in the absence of a parent or guardian, including cases involving a lost child.

You’ll need sufficient credits to secure a booking. Online bookings are available for up to 10 riders per session. If you’re looking to book for up to 12 riders on our wave pool, our team will be happy to assist — simply email [email protected] or visit our counter for assistance.
