Can I share this with my friends or family?
Only our 12 and 24 class packs are shareable.
When does my class pack validity begin?
Your class pack validity begins from the date of purchase, so be sure to plan your sessions accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply do so more than 24 hours before your session and your class credit will be returned to your TRIFECTA account.
- Refunded credits are valid for 1 month from the cancellation date.
- Refunded credits can only be used to book the same class type that was cancelled.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for credit or monetary refunds.
- To ensure sessions start on time for everyone, riders who arrive after the session has begun or have not checked in before the scheduled start time will not be admitted. In these cases, class credits are non-refundable.
Can I carry over unused classes in a previous pack to a new class pack?
We recommend purchasing your next class pack once you’re nearing the end of your current one. As validity begins from the date of purchase, purchasing multiple packs at the same time will activate both immediately. Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend or adjust the validity period for unused credits.
Can I use my class pack for Freestyle classes?
Absolutely! Your class pack can be used for Freestyle classes.
