Our head instructors will assess and guide each rider to the most suitable category during the Pre-Competition Meetup happening on 8 Feb. Competition RegistrationAll registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. PaymentPayment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the competition. Cancellation and Refund PolicyAll sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or transfers are permitted once payment has been made. This policy is in place to ensure commitment and allow us to provide the best experience for all participants. Competition DurationIn the event that fewer than 11 competitors register for the competition, please note that the total competition duration will be reduced from 3 hours to 2 hours. Competition Rescheduling &amp; CancellationIn the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. In such cases, participants will be given the option to attend the competition on the new date or receive a full refund. Health and SafetyParticipants are responsible for their own health and safety during the competition. We encourage everyone to follow any health guidelines and be mindful of their surroundings. Photography and Media ReleaseBy participating in the competition, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the competition date.
