Competition RegistrationAll registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. PaymentPayment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the competition. Cancellation and Refund PolicyAll sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or transfers are permitted once payment has been made. This policy is in place to ensure commitment and allow us to provide the best experience for all participants. Minimum Participants per CategoryEach competition category (Novice, Intermediate, Open) requires a minimum of six (6) registered participants to proceed. In the event that a category does not meet the minimum number of participants, TRIFECTA reserves the right to cancel or merge the category. Affected participants will be notified and given the option to switch categories (if eligible) or receive a full refund. Club Med PrizesIncludes a stay for two (2) adults, on twin-sharing basis in a Superior Room. Your Club Med stay includes three international buffet meals per day with free-flow of wine, beer and soft drinks, open bar and snacking, land and water sports, leisure activities, as well as unique nightly entertainment. Competition ReschedulingIn the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all participants as soon as possible.
